Welcome from the Principal

Tena koutou katoa, ma te Atua he manaaki!

A warm welcome from the principal of the Rotorua Seventh-Day Adventist School.
Our children are everything to us. As a close-knit team of professional educators our commitment is to assist our learners to be the best possible people they can be! We work hard to create an environment that places great importance on forming relationships where learners feel safe being challenged and taking risks, where goal setting is part of the learning process and where celebrating progress and success is part of everyday life.

We pride ourself on our caring, nurturing and friendly environment where high expectations for learning and behaviour are reflected in our students. Our year eight graduates will have had plenty of opportunities and experiences to become independent, self-motivated learners, who are eager to further their education. We want our former pupils to pursue excellence, seize opportunity, value people and always try to achieve their best.

I’d like to invite you to enjoy exploring our website further, and please feel free to come and visit us anytime.

Nga mihi nui,
Lanea Strickland
